Letter of Recommendation for Joy Cayton

It is with much enthusiasm that I am writing that I am writing this letter on behalf of Joy Cayton. It has been an absolute pleasure having her in my home the past four months caring for my twin boys. She began working for me the first night my babies came home, and I plan to keep her as long as she will stay.

Joy's qualifications to provide "nurturing infant care" are exceptional. She arrives focused, attentive, and genuinely interested in meeting your needs, and always with a smile on her face. Joy is very knowledgeable about babies and needs no instruction. She is proactive and often attends to matters before you have a chance to ask. Aside from caring for my babies physical needs she engages them individually and aids them in interacting with one another. It seems they always receive the ideal amount of attention. She also understands and respects the ways in which I choose to parent and truly desires to follow my lead.

While Joy is a true professional, it is the small things that set her apart as a caregiver. Her love for infants, as as she once told me, "the more the better," is infectious and I often find myself sitting with her and just staring in amazement at my beautiful babies. In watching her with my boys I am reminded to appreciate all the moments of these first months that will quickly pass. Joy is also extremely trustworthy. I don't ever hesitate to leave her alone with both babies because she is able to handle any situation competently and with confidence. I do in fact leaver her with both boys quite frequently because I have two older boys who keep me busy as well. Joy is able to adapt to any environment and manages equally well in chaos and quiet which I appreciate because the noise and energy level in my house changes moment to moment. Another benefit of Joy's care is her commitment to your family. She has met every scheduling request, day or night, three hours or twelve hours. This type of commitment is a rare find in her field of work.

I cannot envision a better caregiver for my twins than Joy. She has my utmost respect and I highly recommend her to take care of your baby/babies! Please contact me with any further questions.
