Joy Cayton has worked for me over the past three years as a live-in nanny for my three boys, currently aged thirteen, ten and five. During the past three years Joy has conducted herself in a professional and effective manner. She blended well into the family and was an incredible caretaker for my children, especially my youngest child, Casey. At the time Joy became employed by me, Casey was two years old and Joy nurtured him and gave him direction and guidance he needed.
