Letter of Recommendation for Joy Cayton

Joy Cayton has been employed with me for two years now and she is what I consider a model nanny. Her patience wit the children is unparalleled. She is neither too strict nor overly lenient with the children, and her presence commands such respect -- all without raising her voice an octave. I never once saw Joy lose her cool, even during the worst of tantrums. She never questioned my wishes and intuitively adapted to our way of doing things. She was always very punctual and willing to put her job first, often changing her personal plans to satisfy my needs. She is very affectionate with the children, and indeed became part of the family.

What I like best about Joy is that she is not just a babysitter, she is a teacher also; my 23 month old already knows his alphabet, colors, shapes and how to count to 30. All thanks to Joy. I recommend her highly for either a live in or live out position.
